DESCRIPTION:The annual Fall Family Festival Pumpkin Patch will be on Sunday\, Oct. 6\, at the United Church of Christ of Atlantic at 1607 Hazel Street\, two blocks south of Washington School. The Festival runs from noon to 3:00 pm. "The Fall Family Festival was started years ago as a gift to our community\, a place where families could bring kids and grandkids for a fun time without breaking the bank\," according to Pastor Nancy Jensen. "There is no fee to get in or to do any of the activities and the cost is only 25 cents per food item. We want families to have a place to make great memories and have a great time together!" At the Fall Family Festival\, there are pumpkins to decorate and take home\, balloon creations\, face painting\, a train ride\, horse rides\, a plinko game with prizes\, bubble station\, and bounce house activities. Granny's Kettle Korn will be here again as well. Everyone is welcome to come enjoy a family fall day! For questions\, call the church at 712-243-4846.
