DESCRIPTION:The Lion's Den at First UMC  \n\na specialized ministry for students in Junior Kindergarten\, Kindergarten and First Grade .  \n\n \n\nThe Lion's Den offers a fun\, safe environment \n\nwhere kids come together to learn about God's love by connecting Bible stories\, imaginative crafts\, science projects\, band & vocal music\, skits & drama\, and other activities. \n\nWe are committed to providing a space where young cubs (our youngest students) are raised up\, nurtured\, & encouraged as they grow in their relationship with Jesus and with one another.  The name "Lion's Den" is an intentional name choice as it will relate our kids to jesus\, who is also called the Lion of Judah.  \n\n\n\n\n\nFirst United Methodist Church 800 Poplar St. \n\n \n\nTuesdays\, 3:30-5:00 p.m. throughout the school year\n\n \n\nTransportation from schools & snacks provided \n\n \n\nCall Jess at 243-4185 or send her an email her at ministry@metc.net for more information.
