The Nishna Valley Employers' Council of Iowa will be hosting Todd Oesterle\, a registered apprenticeship expert from Iowa Workforce Development\, to discuss creating registered apprenticeships and connecting to high school quality pre-apprenticeships.\n\n\n\nTopics discussed will include:\n\n	Determining if a registered apprenticeship program is right for your business.\n	How to create a registered apprenticeship program.\n	How to create a high school quality pre-apprenticeship program.\n	Connecting a registered apprenticeship program to a high school's quality pre-apprenticeship program.\n	Available government funding to create and maintain registered apprenticeships and quality pre-apprenticeships.\n\nEvent cost is $15 per person and includes your lunch\, training\, SHRM & HRCI certificate.
