We welcome athletes of all ages and abilities to enjoy a 5K or a 1 mile route\, should you opt to participate in person the day of. Both routes will start at The Depot (The Atlantic Chamber of Commerce) and will also conclude at The Depot. Post-race you'll find some warm eats and drinks inside to get you fueled back up for the big day. The event will go on rain or shine.\n\nThe cost to register is $25 for ages 5+. All participants under 5 are free!\n\nLocal participants must pick up their swag in person either at the event\, or during one of the other two pick up times which will be announced as race day gets closer. Those participating virtually that will want their swag shipped\, please indicate so on the registration form.\n\nAll registrations include additional SHIFT ATL swag\, a discount to use at Brown Shoe Fit in Atlantic and more!
