Overtime Rule Change Lunch and Learn

U.S. Department of Labor Overtime Rule Changes:

Don’t Leave Your Business Blindsided 
 
The Loess Hills ECI will host Melissa Wright, from the U.S. Department of Labor to present information on the following:

· Potential Employer response regarding new overtime rules which could include:
· Paying time and a half for overtime work
· Raising workers’ salaries above the new threshold to meet law requirements
· Limiting workers’ hours to 40 per week
· Some combination of the above
· Questions and Answers

Employers are encouraged to come to educate themselves on these changes in order to meet the December 1, 2016 deadline for requirements.
