Trains Across Iowa

All aboard for a railroad adventure. Dr. Rudolph Daniels will tell about Trains Across Iowa on Sunday, October 20, 2 pm at the American Legion Memorial Building.  Rudy will talk about Iowa’s unique railroad history including the transcontinental railroad, streamliners and leadership for safety.
There is no fee to attend and all are welcome. The space is handicapped accessible. It is sponsored by ARISE, funded by Humanities Iowa and supported by the Atlantic Community Promotion Commission. Refreshments are provided. That’s Sunday, October 20, 2 pm. at the Armory.
